Today was awesome! I had to make a last minute decision. I called got a very nice young man. He was very helpful in helping me figure out my options and what's best. I must say Donnie was outstanding in customer service and satisfaction. I also have a unit in Murfreesboro I am so happy for the great management at each locations. Thank you so much! This facility can't compare to the storage I was previously using. I'm so greatful!

Got more than what I expected at this location from Bopha Kim. She went over and beyond my expectations of customer service, in help me with my storage needs. U S Storage need to multiply her pleasant personality and place it in every location in the country. Outstanding. I will never move my storage because of her.
