24 Hour Self Serve Kiosk

Secure Storage offers all of our customers with an internet connected device a self service kiosk. Our online portal is accessible from www.IEstorage.com/PayOnline 24hrs a day, 7 days a week! From this portal you can quickly and easily do several things:

 

-Make a payment on your account 24/7

-Rent an additional storage unit or parking space

-Contact your facility manager

-Review your payment history and documents

 

Why use our self-serve service?

 

-You’re in a hurry, you can make your payment in less than a minute

-Make your payment after the customer service office closes

-Get a copy of your payment receipt

-Rent an additional storage unit or parking space

 

Payment Instructions:

 

If this is your first time logging into our customer portal, you will need the following information to create an account:

 

1. Your unit number

2. Your account number (this is found in the upper right-hand side of your payment receipts)

3. Your email address

4. Enter the remaining fields that ask to create a username and password.

 

Returning customers, enter your username and the password that you created when you set up your account. Once logged in, click on the “Pay Now” button. From here you’ll be able to select how much you want to pay and the credit card that you want to use to make your payment. Once your card is processed, it will generate a receipt that you can save for your records, and you’ll also receive an email with the payment receipt.

 

Rent a New Storage Unit or Parking Space:

 

If you are an existing customer, you will be prompted to log in and enter your username and password. Your information will already be present and you can continue to the payment page and move in.

 

For new customers, to move into a new storage unit or parking space, you will need to:

 

-Select the location (Bloomington, Redlands, or Highland) where you want to rent your new unit.

-Select the unit size (please make sure of the unit amenities when choosing a unit to ensure that you are selecting a size and location that fits your needs).

-Select your insurance type

-Click the “Next” Button

-If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to create a new account

-If you are an existing customer, you will be promoted to log in

-Enter your contact information and information for an alternate contact

-Review and sign your rental agreement

-Make your payment

-You’re all moved in!

 

What to do after I rent a Unit or Parking Space Online?

 

When you rent a self storage unit or parking space online through our customer portal, you will be called by our on-site management to confirm some of your move in details. You will need to provide the following information BEFORE you are allowed access to the storage unit or parking space:

-Your state issued ID

-Proof of Insurance Coverage (If you are storing a vehicle you are required to provide proof of vehicle insurance)

-Complete our New Customer Information Form and select your payment & invoicing preferences

-If you rented a parking space, your current registration and proof of insurance

-If you’re renting a self storage unit, a disc or cylinder lock are required to secure.  Your facility manager will advise you of the proper lock to secure your unit.
